To make a reservation, you can contact us by phone, fax or email. Please find details above.

To secure a booking, your name, address, contact telephone number and full credit / debit card details are required. No monies are taken from card on booking but charges may be incurred following cancellation, please see procedure below.

We will ask you for a time slot of one hour for your arrival, this should be between 1300 - 2100 hours where possible. The arrival time can be altered after booking if circumstances change (as they often do with traffic etc), please call us at your earliest opportunity to notify us of this.

Cancellation Procedure:
If customer cancels -

• Over 7 days prior to arrival date, no charges incurred.
• Bookings cancelled less than seven days before arrival date will be charged at 50% of the total cost. This will be waived if the room is re-let.
  
• Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, will result in full rate charge. This will be waived if the room is re-let.
• Please note that group bookings (ie two or more rooms booked by same party) will need to give double the notice of that stated above.

We accept all major credit / debit cards, if in doubt please check before your arrival.
